Many of our items either offer personalization or personalization is included in the price. Please make sure to put this information in the Comments Field when you are making your order. Check your spelling so that there are no errors when the item is delivered to you.

All orders that are placed on the web site from the North Huntingdon, PA area will be able to be picked up directly from Janet Allen, and there will be no delivery or shipping charge for those orders. Janet will contact you when your order is ready. Please be sure that you have checked off the appropriate shipping choice which comes up with $0.00.

There will be no exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size or the wrong item. However, if for some reason the garment was damaged when received, please call us at 724-863-4104. We will be more than happy to fix that problem immediately.

Our general turnaround time is 8 - 12 business days, so please make sure that if your order needs to be delivered that you have left enough time for that as well. Rush orders are always available at a $25.00 upcharge.
